My Approach

I practice a holistic approach to coaching,
which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to feel over-whelmed and anxious? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from fulfilling your purpose? Are negative thoughts making you feel stuck in your life or career? Does your to-do list keep you from seeing friends and having fun? Usually, one or more things is creating a disconnect and affecting wellbeing.

As we work together, you will reach your life and health goals in areas such as achieving self-acceptance and love, reducing stress, moving in ways that inspire you, increasing sleep, maximizing energy, exploring your purpose in life and enjoying life to the fullest. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, health, happiness and fulfillment.

I use the Health At Every Size® philosophy in my approach which means that I recognize that weight or size is not an accurate indicator of health or well being. I do not advocate dieting as it actually creates a strain on health and well-being. My intention is to help you take your attention off of "the numbers" and put your attention on creating balance in your life, feeling your best, doing things that give you joy and pleasure, and living your Big Healthy Life® to the fullest!
